We want to share our small batch homemade goods with the rest of the world.
Who's your target audience?
Shoppers at farmers markets and those interested in organic handmade foods with locally sourced ingredients.
What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating your store?
Finding the right content and copy to build a consistent brand image.
What worked really well when using our platform?
Finding a theme, using the logo builder, and adding products were really straightforward and easy to do.
What could be improved when using our platform?
It was a bit daunting trying to jump in and edit my theme. Maybe some sort of guided tutorial or video overview that is available beforehand.
How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?
Going through a small subset of what our merchants have to go through was a very eye opening experience. It makes your realize how much really goes into opening a good looking store.
What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?
Merchants have so many great tools and resources available at their disposal, but there is also so much more than can be provided to help reduce the time to market and improve Merchant onboarding.
